If you would like to use the artwork for commercial use you will be charged +100% up to +500% depending on the base price and kind of commercial use.

It's possible for me to increase the price if you want a very high detailed drawing.

It's possible for me to cancel a commission, if you've paid you will be refunded.

I'm always trying to improve, so I try different things all the time. It's possible my style changes over time. Just keep that in mind.

By purchasing a commission you automatically accept my T.O.S. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.

By commissioning a NSFW drawing you're stating you're 18+

I hold every right on the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, for example:

Post the picture on social media (Giving you proper credit as the owner of the character)

Promote myself with it in any place (and offering the digital files on Patreon) (Not applicable yet)

As a commissioner you may:

Repost the artwork on other sites with proper credit to my page

Print the art for personal use, not for sale.

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

Change / modify the artwork without my permission.

Take credit for the artwork

Using it to make money of it in any way.

I only accept Paypal

I require full payment after you agreed on the sketch

I don't have a set schedule when I draw. Expect it to be finished in around 4/5 weeks (depends on complexity). I'll inform you If it takes longer.

You can ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like.

If I'm very busy and can't finish your commission, I'll fully return your payment.

You've no rights to make a chargeback, cancel the payment or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.

Your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out. :)
